I’m a qualified executive coach, drawing on a range of classical coaching models and approaches including Dialogic, Transpersonal, Gestalt and Non-Dual, applying deep empathic listening to help you move forward, meet your own goals and get the most out of life. I’ve extensive training and influence from many years of working with Eastern and Western disciplines, basic counselling, mediation and Mindfulness meditation, Professional Dialogue facilitation and specialist coaching and mentoring.

I work with AT-Autism, Scottish Autism, Derby City Council and Bridge Mentoring. I founded the Autism Dialogue Approach® and Dialogic Action CIC.

I have a wide field of experience including being a parent, devising and managing private education programmes with home-schooled children and refugees, writing, storytelling and arts workshops, extensive overland travel including in the Middle East. In 2014 I was labelled as having ‘Asperger Syndrome’. I teach Mindfulness Meditation, host a weekly silent meditation session and as an artist, musician and yoga and chi-gong practitioner, I bring a lively and creative holistic style to coaching.

I welcome you to my zone and invite you to go deeper in exploring yourself through a variety of approaches. My work in supporting others is focussed on the relationship of trust, care, sense-making using guided meditation and subtle dialogic enquiry. Together we create a relationship that aims to identify goals and blocks and re-open deep inner space to achieve life goals.

Having also run an international health food company, I am accustomed to the fast pace and demands of business and I offer a shorter, more solutions focussed series of three or four hour-long sessions, even out of hours.

You can easily set up a time to chat with me via email or give me a call on 07754 910156. I’m very used to working in-person, via phone, video (Zoom, Skype etc.) and email.

I look forward to hearing from you.
